The specialised banking law team at CHG Czernich Rechtsanwälte serves as a trusted partner for clients facing complex legal matters in the financial sector. Backed by many years of experience and extensive expertise, the firm delivers tailored legal solutions. Their services encompass the drafting of contracts, preparation of legal opinions, and representation in both judicial and administrative proceedings.

A core focus of the firm’s banking law practice lies in banking contract law, particularly in the areas of loan and credit agreements, general banking terms and conditions, payment transactions, securities law, and related liability issues. The team is especially experienced in defending against claims arising from alleged advisory or brokerage misconduct.

Legal disputes in the credit and financial sectors often carry significant financial and reputational risks for institutions. For this reason, CHG Czernich prioritises discreet, effective, and timely legal representation—both in court and through out-of-court dispute resolution, helping clients avoid lengthy and costly litigation.

The firm also advises credit and financial institutions on regulatory compliance and the implementation of supervisory requirements, offering support in navigating evolving challenges in banking supervision. By staying abreast of legislative changes and regularly publishing in industry journals, CHG Czernich ensures its clients receive legal advice that is both current and precisely aligned with their individual needs. Central to the firm’s approach is a commitment to close and trusting client relationships, with the goal of delivering high-quality, customised legal counsel.
